In the Eighties I was not in Norwich but the State Hospital was a major employer for the region. Now left to lie in ruin all that is left is shadows of past life's etched in the peeling paint and rotting wood. Broken windows and broken dreams/nightmares. Now the carcass of the Hospital is a political feeding ground for dreams of power, money, smoke and mirrors.
