Ah!!, memories, or maybe it should be mammories??, or better yet memories of mammories?? Anyways the old drive-in theatre was a great place for some lessons in female anatomy. An image of some very memorable Americana in days past when life was not as hectic. You did not worry or fret about the long line exiting when the movie was over, you just sat there and chilled and enjoyed the cooler night air.
So sad…dead. Well, the greenery seems to be alive & kickin’.
Well, It may not be the song you were thinking of, but I thought of an AAF (Alien Ant Farm) song called Movies.
Amanda,
Not what I was thinking, but I bet the ants are doing well in the drive in parking lot. enjoy pjc
There are two songs lyrics here.
Gee – Who may have done a song with the lyric “the song is over” in it I wonder ….Who that is! The Who on the Who’s Next album
Steely Dan for “Every one’s gone to the movies” on the Katy Lied album
Tom, A big double whammy. I had trouble writing the question on the Who song. Who are you? Send me your address and I will mail you a prize. enjoy pjc
