A bit of Evans influence is seen in the two images above. I would have liked a few more people hanging around but in 1995 and 2000 people still had jobs and were not as social as the small town folk in the south.  See the show.

Just light the first muse. Late afternoon 4-4:30 the harsh cross/back light really makes the edges pop. Metered on the lower half of grass to hold detain in the shadows. If you meter it straight on then the sun in the sky will make your meter lie.  enjoy pjc

Autumn leafs are falling and muses fade away.

Sept. 2001 Transparency in Vermont.

I’ll be musing visually and verbally for the next few blogs. Light is the most important Muse although when used with a female figure perhaps is my favorite. There are abstracts, macro studies, life in layers. I’ll talk a bit about technique and emotion.  enjoy pjc

Photographic Art In Feb I promised a new gallery of the last Kodachrome’s The next day I went into the hospital for an extended stay. The Kodachrome’s are still coming.
