The Beaches of the 70′s

by Peter J. Crowley on September 10, 2009

Not much different than the beaches of today. Emptying out so folks can go back to work or the unemployment line.

Peter, this picture truly captures the beach goers well. I like the bikes holding each other up (no fancy bike rack), the woman peeking up (checking on the water, checking on loved ones), the belly (walking and enjoying the sand beneath his feet)and the pipe smoker (a relaxed individual), truly memories of good days gone by and what it use to be like at the beach. Love it!
