Johns Old Truck from a Past Life.

Once

Once I was or was I?

Today is tomorrow or yesterday.

It has always been about the adventure

Always the tomorrow

The best image I have created is the next one

Now it’s about yesterday

Old roads to rough to travel alone

Plan and re-plan

A journey that doesn’t start

To a world that doesn’t exist

In a forgotten memory

Faces from the Seventies.

A visit from CD to my house in Phoenixville Ct. to fish in the Still river or just sip a cold one was always an event. Tri X at 1/15 sec hand held without shake, now a mono pod helps still film still manual, still me.

Rick paints and ponders at The Whale Factory Studio in Coventry.

Frank Ballard

06.08.2010 by Peter J. Crowley // Leave a Comment

Frank Ballard takes a last look at the cast of The Pirates of Penzence before dress rehearsal.

As I entered the theater for this the final show Frank would direct at Uconn Frank saw me came down off the stage to greet me and see how I was, he had heard I had walking pneumonia. Concern, grace and humanity ….. There is not enough space on the internet to express what a great man Frank was and how blessed I was to know him.  I will miss him.                              enjoy pjc
