Neon Nights and

Mystic Lights

Third Thursday’s and spring  ocean breezes.

“Seasons-Metaphors”

The Emporium Gallery Opening February Fourth 2010 6pm to 8pm 15 Water Street Mystic Connecticut.

A glimpse of light and emotion from thirty eight years of motion made still. Summer, winter, nature and nudes, real, surreal, a look at my visual journey creating photographic art.

Photographic Art May lurking under the images and in my mind can’t come soon enough.

Time, Present, Past, Future, The Muse Speaks

09.28.2009 by Peter J. Crowley // 2 Comments

NewLondonAmtrak.D-58-09-12New London Amtrak and the a vision of the port cities growth. Drawn visually  to the water, mobility and abstraction. Glancing into the crystal ball of time I ponder past and present and toss them into the blender of the future? What comes next, “something always comes next the muse told me.” But what is it I wonder what is this future that is tweeted, blogged, televised and spun out to you by millions of pundits, politicians, artists and average people all speaking the “truth.” Is it all in the next best greatest “I” device and the debt and waste you accumulate with each upgrade or is it simpler? A step back to paper and pencil to two way conversation and compassion. Time as it waits for no man will provide an answer. With luck you’ll get the tweet for as she said something always comes next. enjoy pjc
